Shizuoka Prefectural Government Annex, 21F Mt. Fuji Observation Lobby
An observation lobby on the 21st floor, the top floor of the Shizuoka Prefectural Government Annex, completed in 1996. Anyone can go up for free without a reservation or checking in, and on clear days you can see Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay. At quiet times, such as weekday evenings, there is only the plain, unadorned interior of a government building and the view filling the windows, spread out in an odd stillness.
