Burj Al Babas, Valley of Castles

An unfinished holiday home development near Mudurnu in Bolu Province, northwestern Turkey. Construction began in 2014, but the developer went bankrupt in 2018, leaving 587 half-built houses of a planned 732 on the hillside. Identical little castles with spires and conical roofs stand at regular intervals, and the same scene repeats from whichever street you stand in. Only the shape of a town where no one has ever lived remains. The site is fenced and guarded, so please do not enter without permission and view it from outside.
